React Job: Software Engineer

DNX Solutions is an Australian cloud consulting firm focused on cloud transformation projects.

At DNX we help clients to build better software by upgrading how delivery is done, leaving behind manual processes and embracing an automated, cloud-native way of working. Our goal is to streamline the delivery process and infrastructure to clients focusing on AWS well-architected and continuous delivery concepts.

We are growing our AWS Consulting Team and we are looking for a Software Engineer in Brisbane.

About the Role

We have a number of client projects that need modern software engineering projects on AWS using Serverless architecture.

As a Software Engineer, you will have the following skills:

• Noticeable AWS Architecture experience
• Desired 2+ AWS certifications
• Know how to develop with regular AWS services and architectures
• AWS S3 for static content, IAM, DynamoDB, Containers, ECS, AWS CLI
• Modern AWS Serverless experience including:
• AWS Amplify
• AWS Serverless/Lambda/CloudWatchEvents
• AWS AppSync and AWS API Gateway
• AWS SQS/SNS
• FullStack experience
• NodeJS with express
• ReactJS or VueJS or ANgularJS
• CICD Pipelines
• Desired TechLeader
• PullRequest Review
• Communication with the business

We are looking at candidates with any related IT degree and with at least 3 years experience as a software engineer or programmer, soft skills are important for that role as well (Leadership, good communication, writing skills)

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Be part of the product team delivering great modern applications on AWS
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Provide execution of activities related to continuous integration, continuous delivery and application architecture
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including System Administrators, Testers, Architects and Business Analysts
